    Join us for a FREE, fun-filled family event dedicated to water safety! In celebration of Water Safety Month, families will enjoy hands-on activities, interactive safety stations in and around the pool, and giveaways. With warmer weather around the corner, we hope families will learn how to stay safe this summer.

  • McLean Hospital Research Study on Stress, Mood, and the Brain

    We are inviting healthy female teens between the ages of 13-15 to participate in a research study. Teens can earn up to $594 if they qualify and receive a picture of their brain. Researchers at McLean Hospital are investigating how stress may influence mood and brain activity. Teens will answer questions about their thoughts and feelings. Teens will also undergo an fMRI brain scan. Teens will also be asked to fill out very brief surveys on their smartphone and to wear a smartwatch that tracks their heart rate, skin conductance, physical activity (i.e., step count), and sleep patterns. Parent permission is required if under 18 years of age.
