Hello parents! My name is Chris Coltman, and I’m a Boston University student conducting a short research project on how families shop for and replace children’s shoes. The goal is to understand how parents make purchase decisions, how often they replace shoes, and what happens to pairs that kids outgrow. This is part of a university project on consumer behavior. I’m looking to speak with parents of kids aged 5–12, or those who recently had kids in that range, for brief 10–15 minute conversations.
