Each year, the PTO provides individual allocations to eligible Lawrence educators and staff for supplies, equipment, and other needs that benefit students. Allocation amounts are generally based on FTE.

| 0.8–1.0 | $300 |
| 0.4–0.7 | $150 |
| Under 0.4 | $75 |
New to Lawrence? Educators in their first year receive double their regular allocation. For example, a new 0.8 FTE educator would receive $600.
School leadership: The principal receives $1,000 annually, and assistant principals receive $500.
Exceptions: Paraprofessionals, conservatory staff, cafeteria staff, and custodial staff do not currently receive individual allocations, but may be supported through other PTO funding.
Rollover: Unused allocations do not roll over to the next school year.

Reimbursements
Submit approved classroom purchases for reimbursement using the PTO reimbursement form. Reimbursements are processed on a rolling basis throughout the school year.
